Who can gamble here
The Skagit Valley Casino Resort prohibits underage gaming and will attempt to prevent minors from gaming. You must be 21 years old or older to enter the casino or the Tobacco shop. Photo identification is required. If you are in the casino unlawfully, any winnings due to unlawful entry will not be paid.
